1 (8-ounce) container cream cheese spread with chives and onion
4 medium flour tortillas
1 cup chopped and seeded cucumber
2 (4 1/4-ounce) cans ripe olives, chopped and pitted
3/4 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef


1. Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edge. Top each with equal amounts of cucumber and olives. Layer deli roast beef over olives, Roll up tightly.
2. To serve, cut each roll crosswise in half.

For an appetizer version, slice each wrap in 1-inch slices and serve as finger food.
