1 pint blueberries
8 tablespoons plain yogurt
4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
Mint leaves


1. Divide the blueberries among four plates. Make a well in the center of the berries and spoon in some yogurt.

2. Sprinkle the berries and yogurt with the brown sugar, decorate with a few mint leaves and serve. The sugar will melt and spread somewhat on the yogurt.
