1 pound fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon paprika


1. Preheat broiler. Remove stems from mushrooms. Arrange mushroom caps, stem side down on a broiler pan. Combine butter, oil and salt; brush over mushrooms.
2. Broil 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn stem side up, brush with butter mixture, broil until tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice, chopped parsley and paprika.
Serve these mushrooms as a side dish to grilled or broiled steak, chicken or fish.
