2 pounds ground turkey
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 (16-ounce) can nonfat refried beans
1/2 cup shredded nonfat Cheddar cheese

1. Prepare outdoor grill, placing grill rack 5 inches from heat source, or preheat broiler. In a medium bowl combine turkey, chilies, onion and seasoning mix. Evenly divide turkey mixture into 8 (9 x 2-inch) rectangular-shaped burgers.
2. Place burgers on grill rack or broiler pan, grill or broil burgers about 3 to 4 minutes, turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until 160 degrees F is reached on meat thermometer and meat is no longer pink in center. Remove and keep warm.
3. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup refried beans. Place burgers in center of each tortilla, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Cheddar over top. Fold sides of tortilla over burger to create a burrito.

Serve with shredded lettuce and salsa on the side as an optional garnish.
