3 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 cups chopped mixed dried fruit
1 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken broth


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine stuffing mix, dried fruit, celery, onion, sage and thyme; stir in cranberry sauce and turkey broth.
2. Coat a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Spoon dressing in casserole, bake uncovered about 40 minutes or until top is golden and crispy.

This dressing is the perfect accompaniment to your holiday turkey. For the dried fruit use a combination of any of the following: raisins, prunes, apricots or currants.
