1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups cooked, flaked white fish such as cod, red snapper or grouper
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted


In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder and salt. In a large bowl, combine fish, grapes, celery and almonds. Add curry dressing, tossing very gently to coat.

Serve this salad chilled, on a bed of red leaf lettuce. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion, if desired.
