1 10- to 14-pound spiral-sliced, fully-cooked smoked ham
1 (6-ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes.
2. In small bowl, combine apple juice concentrate, apricot preserves, nutmeg and cloves. Spoon glaze evenly over ham and continue to bake until ham is heated through, about 45 minutes. Transfer ham to a platter and serve.
This may sound like a lot of ham, but some people will want more than one serving and ham leftovers never go to waste. The spiral-sliced hams make serving extra easy.
