2 whole pork tenderloins (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Prepare outdoor grill, placing grill rack 5 inches from heat. Remove tenderloins from marinade; discarding marinade. Season tenderloins with salt and pepper. Grill tenderloins over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 155 degrees F. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice to serve.

Your family will love the delicious grilled flavor of this simple tenderloin recipe. Remember to test for doneness with a meat thermometer. Serve with noodles and steamed asparagus.
