1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 pita bread, sliced open
6 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)

1. Preheat broiler. In a large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, garlic powder, dry mustard, onions, egg, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
2. On lightly greased broiling pan, broil burgers 6 inches from heat, about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in center. When burgers are cooked, insert into pita breads and top with feta, tomato, cucumber and onion.

You could also add yogurt sauce to these pitas, just mix plain yogurt with lemon juice, chopped garlic and chopped mint or dill.
