1 (7 1/2-ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
2/3 cup diced ham
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Separate biscuits and flatten on baking sheet, leaving space between so edges do not touch.
2. Spread pizza sauce on each biscuit, dividing evenly. Top each biscuit with diced ham and mozzarella. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.

This is a perfect recipe for beginner cooks. Kids of all ages will enjoy making their own mini-pizzas. Serve individually as a snack or appetizer. For a complete meal, serve two pizzas with a salad and fresh fruit.
