2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 to 2 tablespoons prepared mustard of your choice
6 rolls
3/4 pound sliced ham
1/2 pound sliced Cheddar or American cheese
1 cup very well drained prepared cole slaw


1. Stir together butter and mustard. On a work surface, open rolls. Spread butter mixture on both cut surfaces of rolls.
2. Divide ham and cheese among rolls. Top with cole slaw. Close rolls and arrange on serving platter.
We like these sandwiches with Cheddar cheese and honey-Dijon or spicy brown mustard.
