8 pound fully-cooked boneless ham
1 cup honey
2 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine honey, orange juice, cinnamon and cloves; mix well.
2. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat thermometer registers 135 to 140 degrees F., basting with the honey glaze during the last 45 minutes.

This ham recipe is perfect for a festive spring meal. The sweet honey-orange glaze adds just the right finishing touch. Serve with cornbread stuffing, steamed new potatoes, asparagus vinaigrette and hot dinner rolls.
