1 1/2 cup Carnation evaporated skim milk
3 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 can white albacore tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
1/4 cup grated Kraft Italian or Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked linguine


In a screw top jar, combine milk and flour. Shake well. Pour mixture into a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Add the black pepper and peas. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add tuna, cheese, and cooked linguine. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and cook, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
