6 cups Romaine lettuce, torn
4 ounces frozen shrimp, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup shredded Kraft reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 scant cup rice chex
1/4 cup grated Kraft House Italian or Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Kraft fat-free Ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
In a bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, shrimp, mozzarella, and rice chex. Add Parmesan cheese and toss. Just before serving combine Ranch dressing, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon pepper. Toss and serve.
This easy JoAnna Lund salad only has 9 ingredients. You can use canned, frozen or fresh shrimp for this dish. You will need to cook the shrimp before you add them to the salad if they are raw.
