? cup (8 fl oz/ 125ml) plain non-fat yogurt or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worchestire Sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 whole Anchovies or 1 tsp. anchovy paste
? tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, mashed or chopped finely
Pinch of cayenne pepper


Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth; adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
