4 top loin pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons molasses


1. Prepare outdoor grill with rack 5 inches from heat source. Season chops with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce and molasses.
2. Place pork on grill rack, grill about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through , basting with sauce in the last few minutes.

Serve these chops with buttered snap peas, a sliced orange and onion salad and bread sticks.
