1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
6 cups torn salad greens
1 8-ounce package surimi seafood, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup green onion


1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake well until smooth and well-blended. Refrigerate until needed.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.

Make the dressing early in the day and refrigerate. Toss the salad immediately before serving.
