1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon

1. Place mango in a blender container, blend until smooth.
2. In a small saucepan, combine puree with cornstarch and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, simmer and stir for about 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened and glossy.
3. Remove from heat; stir in nutmeg or cinnamon. Serve warm or cover and chill for up to several days.
