1 Head of Boston Lettuce, shredded 1 cup of carrots, cooked and diced 1 cup of turnips, cooked and diced 1 cup of green beans, cooked and diced 1 cup of beets, cooked and diced 1 tomato, sliced 1 egg sliced Fresh Mayonnaise (see link)


Place lettuce in the serving bowl, place carrots, turnips, beans, and beets around the edge like a cartwheel. Place sliced egg in the center and place tomato slices around the outside. Serve with the fresh mayonnaise on the side.
