2 cups fresh white mushrooms
1 cup white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
2 garlic garlic
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes. Remove mushrooms and remaining liquid from pot. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
These mushrooms will keep for about a week in the refrigerator. Serve in salads or on a relish tray.
