Ingredients

1 pound ground pork
1 egg
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1 tablespoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup catsup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl stir together pork, egg, corn flakes, dried onion, salt and pepper. In small bowl stir together catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the catsup mixture into the pork and mix well.
2. Spray muffin tin with vegetable cooking spray. Form 6 meatballs and place in muffin tin. Coat the top of each meatball with the remaining catsup mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until nicely browned and glazed.

Fun for kids to make-and eat, too! These giant meatballs bake in muffin tins in the oven, making clean up easy. Garlic bread and buttered peas make the meal complete.
