1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon, peeled and sliced into thin wedges
1/2 pound thinly sliced prosciutto
2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
2 pears, cored and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 pound very thinly sliced hard salami
Shortly before serving, wrap melon wedges in prosciutto. Sprinkle apple and pear wedges with fresh lime juice; wrap in salami. Arrange on serving tray, serve immediately.
