Wellfleet or other cold water oysters
1 jar (4 ounces) Wasabi Caviar
Stoli Raz Vodka or other raspberry flavored vodka
½ pint rasberries
1 lemon cut into wedges


1. Hold oyster with hand cloth and insert the pointed end of knife into the point of the oyster, twisting until shell loosens.
2. Take off top part of shell and using knife, cut oyster away from the rest of the shell and set onto ice.
3. Top each oyster with a dab of caviar and drizzle with vodka.
4. Serve with raspberries and oyster shells spread over a tray of ice.
