6 large portabella mushrooms, stems removed
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves peeled garlic
9 sprigs rosemary


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Rub portabella mushrooms with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil with slivered garlic and rosemary.
2. Bake until muhsrooms are cooked through, about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and unwrap mushrooms. Slice mushrooms lengthwise. Serve hot.
Serve the portabellas as an entree over warm slices of polenta. Add other roasted vegetables as a side dish.
