1 1/2 cups salted soy nuts
2 cups chopped mixed dried fruit, such as cranberries, blueberries, figs, apricots, cherries or pineapple
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, toasted if desired
In a large bowl toss together soy nuts, dried fruit and coconut until well combined. Store in a tightly covered container.

Use as a snack, as a topping for a baked fruit crisp, ice cream, frozen yogurt or regular yogurt, or stir into brownie mix, muffins, or pancake batter.
