1 cup strawberries, stemmed
1 cup nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey, optional
2 whole strawberries, optional


In a blender, puree strawberries. Add yogurt and milk and stir. Sweeten with honey, if desired. Pour into two glasses and garnish with whole strawberries, if desired.

This healthy smoothie is a good source of calcium and refreshing any time of the day.
