Ingredients

Crust:
2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
Topping:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup pureed strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3 pints fresh strawberries, stems removed
Glaze:
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon water

Directions

1. Prepare Crust: Using an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy; add egg, baking powder, salt and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add flour, mix until a smooth dough is formed. Place dough between two sheets of waxed paper and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a floured surface, roll dough out to a 1/4-inch-thick round. Place the dough on a greased 12 inch pizza pan, crimp edges and bake for about 25 minutes, until crust is golden. Cool completely.
3. Prepare Topping: Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, pureed strawberries, sugar and honey until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border uncovered. Place whole strawberries around the outside border and use sliced berries to fill in the middle of the pizza.
4. In a small saucepan, simmer water and honey over low heat until blended. Brush over the top of finished pizza.

Slice half of the berries and leave half whole for the pizza topping.
