Ingredients

2 bundles Swiss Chard, washed and trimmed
1 recipe stuffing from Smoked Turkey Stuffing 
1 can low-sodium vegetable juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F. Steam the Swiss chard leaves for 4 minutes and rinse with cold water. Lay 2 of the steamed leaves in a day 1 cup measuring cup, overlapping each other. Pack with about 3/4 cup of the stuffing mixture. Fold the ends together and transfer to an 8x8 inch casserole dish. Pour the vegetable juice over the bundles and bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
