1 avocado, cut in 1/4-inch cubes (about 1 cup)
1/2 small OSO Sweet or other sweet onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 Navel orange, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch cubes (about 2/3 cup)
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper, preferably red
1 teaspoon chopped, fresh oregano or 1/4 teaspoon dried
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
In a bowl, place the avocado. Gently fold in onion, orange, jalape�o, oregano, cumin, salt, and lime juice. Chill several hours to marry flavors. Serve at room temperature.
