Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound swordfish, 1/2" thick cutlets
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons capers
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
Lemon rounds

Directions

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Sprinkle pepper over swordfish and place on broiling pan. Broil fish for 1-1/2 minutes on each side or until flesh turns opaque. Remove swordfish from broiling pan and place on warmed serving platter.
3. Sprinkle with lemon juice, capers and parsley. Garnish with lemon rounds.

Make sure you preheat the broiler for 5-10 minutes before cooking. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
