24 6-inch bamboo skewers
1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 4 x 1 x 1/2-inch strips
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 small green bell pepper, cut into 24 squares
1/4 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Preheat broiler. On bamboo skewers, thread pork strips accordion-style with mandarin orange segments. Add a green pepper piece to the end of each skewer.
2. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, vinegar and garlic powder; mix well. Brush sauce over kebabs. Broil 6 inches from heat, turning and brushing with sauce occasionally, until pork is cooked through and exterior is browned, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes before adding the ingredients to avoid flame-ups while broiling. These bite-sized kebabs can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator until ready to run under the broiler.
