Ingredients

1 (4-serving) package Jell-O sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 1/3 cups Carnation nonfat dry milk powder
2 ? cups water
1 (6-ounce) package Keebler chocolate-flavored piecrust
1 (4-serving) package Jell-O sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
? cup Cool Whip Lite
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine dry butterscotch pudding mix, 2/3 cup dry milk powder, and 1 cups water. Mix well, using a wire whisk. Pour mixture into piecrust.
2. In a medium bowl, combine dry chocolate pudding mix, remaining dry milk powder, and remaining 1 cups water. Mix well, using a wire whisk. Pour over butterscotch layer. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
3. Before serving, spread Cool Whip evenly over chocolate layer. Sprinkle pecans and mini chocolate chips evenly over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
