8 ounces sliced smoked turkey breast
1 (10 ounce) baguette, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
4 ounces goat cheese, cut into eight equal pieces
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained


Fold each turkey slice into quarters and place on bread slice. Top with slice of cheese and 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes.

Serve at room temperature or run under the broiler for a minute, until the cheese is browned.
