1 cup diced cooked chicken breast
1 cup diced red apple
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 pita rounds


In a medium bowl, combine chicken, apples, raisins, celery and walnuts. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix. Cut pita rounds in half and stuff with 1/2 cup of mixture. Serve.

To make the pitas easier to stuff, JoAnna Lund puts them into the microwave for 10 seconds before trying to fill them.
