2 cups cubed watermelon, seeded
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup seedless red grape halves
1/4 cup nonfat coleslaw dressing
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
Salt and pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, stir together watermelon, celery and grapes. Just before serving, combine with coleslaw dressing. Sprinkle with almonds; season with salt and pepper.

Serve this salad well-chilled in Boston lettuce or radicchio cups.
